Arrowhead’s New Support Centre

Recently we have begun a long journey into upgrading what we can offer you as both players and visitors to our website. One of the top things which we wanted to improve was our player care and customer support.

We are happy to say that we’ve taken the first steps towards our goal and we can now reveal our new help centre and knowledge base! Here’s the lowdown on what you need to know.

There are two different ways to get help from us or ask a question:

  • Visit our help centre and knowledge base and check to see if there is already a solution to your question. We have listed most issues, as well as FAQs and patch notes about the game.

You can navigate to the support centre via the Arrowhead homepage, by clicking on “Support” in the top right hand corner, or by navigating to “Support” in the drop down menu on mobile.

From desktop

You can also send us a ticket using the “Submit a request” button located in the top right hand corner of the support centre homepage.

What happens if I message you in other places…?

Twitter – You can tag @ArrowheadHelp in your Tweet or send a direct message and we will try to get back to you as soon as possible. If your problem is complex we may ask you to send your question to our support email or via our support centre so that we can respond in detail without Twitter’s character limit.

Facebook – Send a direct message to our Arrowhead or Helldivers page. We will not be able to provide support via wall posts, only to direct messages (support post left on our wall may be cleaned up or deleted). We will still respond to other comments however.

Reddit, Steam and PlayStation – Support posts on these forums may not receive an official answer from us, especially if it is one of the more common questions/answers which can be found in our support centre knowledge base.

But wait, does that mean that we won’t be active on the forums anymore? No! We will definitely still be there. There is always someone from Arrowhead hanging around on the forums and we will still be active in conversations. The only thing that is changing is how we deal with support questions.

Why are you changing things?

Our playerbase has grown dramatically in the last two years after the launch of Helldivers, and centralising our support makes troubleshooting easier.

All of our help and patch notes are now in one place, and you can search the knowledge base using keywords and tags. You can even join in the discussion and comment with your own solutions. This means that we are free to focus on helping you, thus making everybody happy!

In the future our help centre will expand to include all our new projects. At the moment we only support Helldivers. This is because active development has ended on our previous games and our respective publishers now deal with support issues. If you need support for Magicka or The Showdown Effect, please contact Paradox Interactive. If you need support for Gauntlet, please follow this link.

Let us know what you think

We are happy to receive feedback on our support centre, just leave your messages in the comments below or email us at support@arrowheadgs.com
